Healthcare Training and CRB disclosures for health and social care workers

Ultimate training is an approved training centre with both City and Guilds and ncfe offering nationally recognized qualifications and certification to healthcare workers and providers of health and social care services.

We work in partnership with Cornwall College to provide our City and Guilds NVQ courses and the Registerred Manager's Award.

Whilst care providers are aware of their legal obligation to maintain a skilled workforce and appreciate the enormous benefits in relation to the quality of service provision and staff retention, access to appropriate courses can be confusing and the associated costs of ongoing training can be prohibitive.

The training courses we offer have been specifically targeted toward people working within a care setting and have been developed to provide health care workers with the appropriate skills necessary for them satisfy legal requirements and safely and confidently undertake care related tasks at an affordable cost in both financial terms and time.

We also act as a registered umbrella body for the Criminal Records Bureau and process applications for criminal record checks (disclosures) through our dedicated CRBcheck team.
